Want To Lose Weight and Be Slim.

Have you tried everything and it just does not work. My best friend subscribed to slimming magazines. She tried all the diets but she could not lose weight.

There was something missing. Her inner strength to achieve and stick by her goal.

Being over weight was a concern for my friend as I knew and she knew that if she did not lose weight her risk for developing high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and pains in her body would be high. She already found it difficult to walk several metres and this began to worry me. She was my best friend and as time progressed she appeared to be getting more and more knee pains. My theory was that she was carrying too much weight and her knees could not cope and were very painful. Her life expectancy would also be much less due to her excessive weight. I decided I had to help.

I tried to suggest various diets and exercise routines. My idea was to start slowly and gradually increase the diet changes and exercise. She found it too difficult giving up each time. Her weight was increasing and she was getting less and less mobile. This went on for months no success.

Her inner strength was the main issue. A work colleague suggested hypnotherapy and building inner strength.

I was sceptical at first but then I suggested it to my friend who used an audio c.d. It changed her life! It gave her the inner healing and strength she needed to change and remain committed to her desire and goal.

It worked so well for my friend that I bought it and the resell rights. I could help others too. I love to help others get out of the fat over weight, feeling no good cycle. My tip of the day is eat everything but eat a smaller portion. Try to exercise at least twice a week for 30 minutes.
